The former Chairman of Election Commission of Sri Lanka, Mr. Mahinda Deshapriya, visited the NSBM green university on 6th April and participated to the 3rd session of interview series; “Boss with SCAF”, one of main projects organized by Student Circle of Accounting and Finance. In his interview, he shared his knowledge and thoughts about efficiency of state administration, management skills required in pandemic situations, new moderations to be done to state administration etc.
He did not forget to share his experiences as a long served key figurehead in government service of Sri Lanka.
After the interview, Mr. Mahinda Deshapriya joined to an informal discussion with Prof. Baratha Dodankotuwa, Ms. Thilini De Silva, lecturers of Department of Accounting & Fiannce and newly appointed executive members of SCAF for year 2021 at the Department of Accounting and Finance. Token of appreciations was given by Ms. Maithri Vidanakariyakarange and President of SCAF, Ranush Mudalige to Mr. Mahinda Deshapriya thanking for his enthusiastic and kind participation to Boss with SCAF.
Mr. Mahinda Deshapriya posed to some official photographs with NSBM staff and students followed by a NSBM tour before he leaves the University.
